Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- If the product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the product image displayed on our website.
- You may inspect your order upon delivery while the courier is present. If you choose to return the order at that time, you will only be responsible for the shipping fee. Ensure that the product includes all original packaging and accessories.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately.

Returns are not accepted after 14 days from the delivery date.
Exchanges
Product exchanges are only available if the item has a manufacturing defect or if it does not match the product image displayed on our website.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. And then the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.

سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد
الإرجاع
نقبل إرجاع المنتجات وفقًا للشروط التالية:
- إذا كان المنتج يحتوي على عيب تصنيعي أو لا يتطابق مع الصورة المعروضة على موقعنا الإلكتروني.
- يمكنك فحص طلبك أثناء استلامه بوجود مندوب التوصيل. إذا قررت إرجاع الطلب في ذلك الوقت، فسيتعين عليك فقط دفع رسوم الشحن. تأكد من أن المنتج يشمل جميع ملحقاته وتغليفه الأصلي.
للتأهل للإرجاع:
- يجب أن يكون المنتج في نفس الحالة التي استلمته بها، غير مستخدم، غير ملبوس، مع وجود البطاقات التعريفية، وفي عبوته الأصلية.
- يجب تقديم فاتورة الشراء أو إثبات الشراء.
في حال استلام منتج تالف أو معيب أو غير صحيح، يرجى فحص طلبك فور استلامه والتواصل معنا على الفور.

لا يُقبل الإرجاع بعد 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.
الاستبدال
التبديل متاح فقط في حال كان المنتج به عيب في التصنيع أو إذا لم يتطابق مع الصورة المعروضة على موقعنا
الاسترداد
بمجرد استلام المنتج المُرجع وفحصه، سنقوم بإبلاغك بحالة طلب الاسترداد. إذا تمت الموافقة عليه، سيتم استرداد المبلغ تلقائيًا إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.
